Ideahub Launches New Litigation Campaign In The US

FairLight Innovations LLC, managed by Korean patent monetization firm Ideahub Inc., sued TCL in Eastern District of Texas alleging infringement of five LED fabrication patents targeting displays and TVs with LED, QLED, and QD-MINI LED technologies. Patents acquired from Seoul Semiconductor, Chang Gung University, and Suzhou Lekin Semiconductor. FairLight claims willful infringement, citing March 2021 notice letter. McKool Smith represents plaintiff. Case assigned to Judge Schroeder. Ideahub operates three active US litigation campaigns.
