SURRON Has Achieved a Decisive Victory in U.S. Patent Litigation vs. TALARIA

Surron won a unanimous jury verdict against Talaria Technology in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, for willful patent infringement of Surron's "Light Bee" electric off-road motorcycle design patent. The jury awarded Surron $10 million in damages. The case involved former Surron employees Wang and Ye who allegedly diverted clients and colluded with manufacturers to copy Surron's products while still employed.
