It quickly recognized the error and dealt with the matter promptly by having the exhibit removed from the public docket approximately an hour after it was filed. As discussed at the April 14, 2025, hearing, however, DocketBird, a third-party website that collects federal court information and filings, received and disseminated the subject exhibit. Plaintiff represented at the hearing that DocketBird confirmed that it only disseminated the exhibit to counsel listed on this case's CM/ECF. Plaintiff agreed to reach out to DocketBird within one week of the hearing to request that it provide written confirmation of this representation.
