Unless and until the Court orders otherwise, monda y.com shall answer Kaufman's claims within two weeks of the date of this Memorandum Opinion and Order. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a)(4)(A). In addition, the initial pretrial conference is hereby reinstated and RESCHEDULED for July 17, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.. The conference will be held remotely in accordance with the Court's Individual Rules and Practices in Civil Cases, available at https://nysd.uscourts.gov/hon-jesse-m-furman. Jul 8, 2024 ORDER: Counsel are reminded that, per the Court's earlier Scheduling Order, they must submit their proposed case management plan and joint letter by the Thursday prior to the upcoming conference. The parties should indicate in their joint lette r whether they can do without a conference altogether. If so, the Court may enter a case management plan and scheduling order and the parties need not appear. If not (or if the Court concludes that, the parties' views notwithstanding, a conferen ce should be held), the Court will hold the initial conference by telephone, albeit perhaps at a different time.
