Apr 2, 2025 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. Plaintiff Morris Routing Technologies, LLC is ORDERED to serve, by the P.R. 3-1 and 3-2 deadline, a Preliminary Election of Asserted Claims with no more than sixty claims per Defendant. It is further ORDERED that Defenda nt AT&T, and each Defendant in the Related Cases, shall serve, by the P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 deadline, a Preliminary Election of Asserted Prior Art with no more than seventy references. It is further ORDERED that the parties in this case and the Related Ca ses shall, moving forward, comply with the additional claim-narrowing deadlines and limits set forth in the Eastern District of Texas's Model Order.
