Jul 21, 2025ORAL ORDER: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint letter requesting a discovery dispute teleconference. (D.I. 87 ) There are seven separate disputes listed, which is quite a lot for an individual letter like this. The Court wants to ensure that the parties have really made a strong effort to meet and confer and attempt to resolve those disputes that can be resolved; the sheer number of issues listed in this letter causes the Court to worry that this may not have happened. In light of this, the Court hereby ORDERS that counsel (including at least one Delaware counsel per side, the outside counsel who has the greatest familiarity with the disputes, and each side’s lead trial counsel) shall participate in one further verbal meet and confer in order to discuss whether any of these issues can be resolved or tabled for now. By no later than July 28, 2025, the parties shall file a letter of no more than two single-spaced pages, which shall: (1) list the names of all counsel who participated in the further meet and confer; and (2) state whether the parties have been able to resolve or table any of the seven listed disputes, and state which disputes (if any) remain to be resolved by the Court. Ordered by Judge Christopher J. Burke on 07/21/2025. (sam) (Entered: 07/21/2025)PACER Document
