Jun 6, 2025ORDER. On 5/28/25, counsel for Plaintiff FENGWEI SHU contacted chambers and informed the Court that the parties have reached a tentative settlement against all Defendants. Based on this communication, the Court canceled the Initial Case Management Conference and administratively closed the case that same day. Such action came without objection from Plaintiff. Plaintiff has since filed a Fourth Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint (Doc. 69 ) to amend the Schedule A, which appears to dismiss unrepresented Defendant No. 38 Robiteno, and all of Attorney Adam Urbanczyk's clients, except for Defendant No. 8 BESTOYARD. Given these conflicting requests to the Court regarding settlement of the case and leave to amend the Complaint, Plaintiff shall file a clarifying status report indicating its intentions with respect to its claims in this case by 6/9/25.
