To facilitate review and resolution of any potential challenges to standing, the Court ORDERED Telebrands to provide Winston's counsel of record with an unredacted version of the exclusive licensing agreement between Telebrands and Ragner Technology on or before 9/20/2023. (See id.) This unredacted version of the agreement may only be viewed and maintained by Winston's counsel of record. Absent Court approval, the agreement may not be viewed or maintained by any employee or any other agent of Winston. Next, counsel informed the Court about settlement progress.
