Mantle Hose

A multilayer transfer tube comprises at least one inner layer (1) and a transfer layer (2), wherein the transfer layer is provided with a coating (3). Designed for high-temperature (≥150°C), abrasion, and chafing resistance, the coating extends service life and optimizes flame retardancy, specifically meeting fire protection standard EN 45545. The coating may consist of synthetic polymers (e.g., polyacrylonitrile, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane, polyphenylenesulfide, polyoxadiazole, p-aramide, m-aramide, co-2,6-naphthalate, polyphenylene, polyphenylene oxide, polyphenylene ether, polybenzoxazole, polyvinyl alcohol), natural materials (e.g., stone wool, asbestos, cotton, flax, hemp, wool, silk), or inorganic materials (e.g., glass, ceramics, carbon, metal, basalt). Basalt fibers are particularly suited for fire protection compliance. The tube structure further includes a cavity (4).
