Unified Patent Court (UPC) Latest Cases

The Unified Patent Court (UPC) is composed of judges from all EU Member States that have chosen to participate. It has been established to primarily handle cases concerning the infringement and validity of both Unitary Patents and traditional European Patents. As of June 1, 2023, the UPC functions as a common court for the eighteen EU Member States where the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPCA) is in effect.
