Vapour Extraction Device For Removing Cooking Vapour Downwards

Extractor device with a single inflow opening for cooking vapors, where the opening is surrounded by the hotplate in a plan view and preferably covers the geometric centroid of the hotplate. The extractor device has a fan section with at least one fan, and a filter section with at least one filter arranged in an overpressure duct section. The filter section includes a filter seat with a sealing means for fluid-tight connection to the filter, and a closure flap for reversible closure against cooking vapors. The extractor device has a control unit for operating the fan, and a sensor device for detecting the filter and closure flap positions.
